By inviting (“Kyos”) to your Discord server, you agree and consent to the terms displayed on this page including our policies such as our Privacy Policy. When we use the terms “Kyos”, “us”, “we”, or “our”, we are referring to Kyos. The term “services” refers to the services that we provide to those using the bot.
We may change this Terms of Service at any given time, in which those using Kyos services may or may not be notified.
When we use the term “kyos’ website” or “our website” we’re referring to https://kyos-bot.com
By using Kyos, you agree to all the terms listed below without Kyos being responsible for any damages or misuse.
Disclaimer
Use of Kyos to violate any applicable laws or regulations as well as Discord’s Terms of Service or applicable Discord guidelines will result in you being banned from using Kyos services and blacklisted from our community.
Usage of kyos’ website
You are not to do any of the following:
- Attempt to exploit the website
- Browse it with malicious intent
- Use it in a malicious manner
- Scrape content on our website
- Copy our website
Usage of Kyos bot
You are not to do any of the following:
- Violate the Discord TOS (Terms of Service)
- Abuse or exploit the services provided by us
- Break any of the guidelines stated in our Terms of Service

Termination
Kyos retains the right to terminate your access to our services immediately under our sole discretion with or without prior notice or with the reasoning including, but not limited to, a breach of our Terms of Service.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, DEMAND, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH a) YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICE; b) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY TERM OF THESE TERMS; c) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD PARTY RIGHT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COPYRIGHT, PROPERTY, OR PRIVACY RIGHT OR ANY THIRD PARTY AGREEMENT; OR d) ANY OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU POST OR SHARE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE. AS USED IN THIS SECTION, “YOU” SHALL INCLUDE ANYONE ACCESSING THE SERVICE USING YOUR ACCOUNT.
