When we use the terms “Kyos”, “us”, “we”, or “our”, we are referring to Kyos. The term “services” refers to the services that we provide to those using the bot.

No refunds will be issued if the following circumstances have been breached:

  • You bypass a ban or blacklist issued on your account by using alternative accounts.
  • Disrespecting Kyos or it’s developers and or moderators.
  • You purchase premium for a server that already retains premium access.
  • The server you’ve activated premium on has executed any commands within kyos since the purchase.
  • 24 hours has passed since your purchase
  • Ownership of kyos is notified you have malicious intents with your refund.
  • Forging details in your payment (Applies to any information given at checkout)
  • You’re a current (or past) blacklisted user of kyos
  • You have broken any rules listed in our Discord server after purchase
